Herb-roasted Chicken with Garlic Linguine
Herb-roasted Chicken
(kosher salt, dried rubbed sage, thyme, rosemary) pat chicken dry and rub with salt and herbs (up to 24h in advance). Stuff with fresh parsley and sliced lemon. Roast @ 400F for 90 mins basting every 15-20 mins - first with melted butter, then with drippings. Rest 5-10 mins - enjoy!

Garlic Linguine
(olive oil, herbed olive oil, butter, kosher salt, fresh minced garlic, little starchy pasta water) toss with pasta and top with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley.

Stir-fries with Whatever You Like

Just another Stir-fry with Chicken, Shrimp, Sugar Snap Peas, and Zucchini.
Yes, I admit, I cheated - I did not make the stir-fry sauce myself. I could have, but I make everything else from scratch so I figure it won't kill me if use a pre-made sauce, or three ;-)
