Seared Tuna with Zucchini-Mushroom Spaghetti
Seared Tuna (olive oil, tuna steaks, kosher salt, TJs All Purpose Seasoning, lemon juice) - sear on both sides - center should be pink. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and fresh chopped parsley.

Zucchini-Mushroom Spaghetti (olive oil, quartered mushrooms, roll-cut zucchini, kosher salt, pepper, chopped parsley, marinara sauce, little sugar, starchy pasta water) - toss with al-dente spaghetti and garnish with chopped parsley and grated parmesan.

Rosemary-Potatoes, Coleslaw, Zucchini and BBQ Chicken
Rosemary-Potatoes (waxy potatoes, olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, fresh thyme) - start potatoes in a nonstick pan on the stove top and finish roasting @ 375F until tender. Stir occasionally.

Coleslaw Dressing (olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, kosher salt, pepper, Herbs the Province, honey, Dijon mustard, raisins, lots of poppy seeds)

 Coleslaw Ingredients (white cabbage, shredded carrots, thinly sliced celery) - toss with dressing and let stand for at least 30 minutes. Toss occasionally.

Zucchini and BBQ Chicken (kosher salt, pepper, olive oil) grill until done. Serve chicken with BBQ sauce.

Portobello Cream Sauce (olive oil, portobello mushrooms, yellow onion, kosher salt, pepper, fresh thyme, heavy cream, chopped parsley, starchy pasta water, orange zest, grated parmesan) - serve with al-dente pasta tossed with a little olive oil.

Parmesan-Roasted Zucchini (Olive oil, zucchini, kosher salt, pepper, grated parmesan)

Pan-roasted Chicken (olive oil, herbed salt, pepper) - finished 12 min @ 375F oven

Stir-fries with Whatever You Like

Just another Stir-fry with Chicken, Shrimp, Sugar Snap Peas, and Zucchini.
Yes, I admit, I cheated - I did not make the stir-fry sauce myself. I could have, but I make everything else from scratch so I figure it won't kill me if use a pre-made sauce, or three ;-)
