Marinated Chicken (olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, dried thyme, lemon juice) - 'massage' marinade into chicken and let marinade at room temp for at least 30 mins.

Butter-parsley Spaghetti (butter, chopped parsley, little olive oil) - toss with al-dente pasta.

Garlic-Thyme Tomato Sauce (olive oil, lots of minced garlic, bundle of fresh thyme, marinara sauce, chicken stock, kosher salt, pepper, little sugar) - warm garlic and thyme in olive oil, add remaining ingredients; gently simmer for about 20 mins. Add more stock if too thick; season to taste.

Start chicken breasts in stain less pan with a little olive oil; turn over; sear second side; add chicken breasts to hot tomato sauce, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and roast @ 375F for about 10 mins.

Broccoli - blanch broccoli in generously salted water until tender (don't overcook); top with a little butter.
